Our Wines

Beau Bella Winery offers a variety of wines, including Merlot, Shiraz, Erhenfelser, Raspberry, Pear, Cherry, Haskap, Saskatoon, Apple Blossom, Mead, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Rhubarb. In our portfolio of wines, our pear, strawberry rhubarb, rhubarb, and apple blossom are the sweetest; our raspberry wine is mid-range; and our cherry, haskap, and saskatoon wines are drier. Since we have an abundance of fruit available, we tend to add more fruit during the wine-making process, which really enhances the flavors.

Our Fruit

Merlot: easy on the palate and used in our wine blends.

Cherry: adding sweetness and tartness to our wines.

Saskatoon: a classic Canadian berry with a sweet and nutty flavour.
